DAILY BLOOM DELIVERIES

1) Flowers are a product of nature, dependent on season and markets. We make every effort to create arrangements as pictured, however please trust our florists to select beautiful flowers if your choice is not available.
Flower selection & colours chosen by florist. If you have any specific requests, please leave a note in the ‘additional info’ section at check out. As a result, orders may not direct resemble the photo shown online, especially during the demand and unavailability during covid-19.


2)
Delivery deadlines: Same-day delivery cannot by guaranteed and will be dependent on the volume of orders already placed for that day. Please order in advance to make sure your order will arrive on the desired day.
Specific delivery times cannot be made.

3)
If recipient is not home at the time of delivery your order will be left in a safe/sheltered location at the delivery address.
Bouquets will be left in a small container of water.
If there is no where to leave the delivery, a calling card will be left for recipient to contact House of Bloom for collection from our store in Bairnsdale. Couriers required to deliver the order more than once will incur additional delivery fees to the sender.

4)
Beware dogs: We maintain high safety standards for our team and couriers and so upon delivery to the recipients address where the premises has a dog deemed to be dangerous to our drivers, a courtesy telephone call will be made to the recipient and/or the sender to inform them of the dog. Upon no answer, a calling card will be left at the address for collection from our store in Bairnsdale.

5) Delivery days: House of Bloom offer a delivery service Monday - Friday in guidance with our store opening times.
Saturday & Sunday online
delivery orders will be processed upon store opening on the Monday.

6)
Delivery Fees: Upon placing your online order, please select your delivery location accurately.
Different locations incur a variance in delivery fees due to the distance we offer our services to.
Incorrect delivery locations selected will result in a House of Bloom team member contacting the sender with correct payment details. Failure to provide these may result in your delivery not being fulfilled.

7)
Delivery Locations: Bairnsdale, Wy Yung, Eastwood, Lindenow, Mt Taylor, Granite Rock, Sarsfield, Bruthen,
Eagle Point, Paynesville, Metung, Nicholson.

*Orbost/Omeo orders will only be delivered on certain week days due to distance. Please speak to our team for more info.
*House of Bloom
do not deliver to Raymond Island , Fernbank, Meerlieu, Banksia Peninsula or Lakes Entrance.

8) Card Messages:
House of Bloom at Dahlsens does not accept inappropriate card messages on orders. In the case of a questionable message, our team will contact the sender to organise a new card message for the order. If failure to contact the sender successfully, no card message will be sent to the recipient.
No disrespectful language or cursing will be tolerated.

wedding blooms

1) Order timelines: All Wedding floral details MUST be confirmed & locked in 6 weeks prior to Event.
Late changes will incur a late fee due to supplier & grower deadlines as orders are made approx 1 month prior to event.
No major changes can be made to content & quality. Small changes may be made however only to items such as buttonholes, corsages etc. given at reasonable notice.

2)
Availability: As fresh flowers are a living product, there may be occasions where a particular flower may be unavailable.
Whilst every effort is made to source the product sometimes we are unable to use a particular flower,
in which case we reserve the right to use a similar flower in place of one previously chosen.
All flowers are subject to availability & stringent quality checks.

3) Some flower colours are determined by the sun, salinity and rain therefore House of Bloom/Etc. Event Styling |
cannot guarantee specific colours. We do however endeavor to provide all clients with exactly what you have ordered.
Notice will be given with changes in variations up until the day before your event.

4)
Bouquet delivery is a service we pride ourselves on. Delivery within the local Bairnsdale area is complimentary,
whilst surrounding areas may incur a small delivery fee. Quotable upon your enquiry.

5)
Installation of Ceremony and/or Reception Flowers are our specialty.
Our team are available to install your arrangements on-site. Staff and delivery fees may apply. Quotable upon your enquiry.

6)
Deposits: A 20% non-refundable deposit is required to consider your floral booking locked in with House of Bloom.
Full amount remaining must be paid 4 weeks prior to your event as per due date stated on your invoice.
Late payments will incur an overdue fee.
Failure to pay your invoice by due date will result in House of Bloom considering your booking no longer valid and therefore products and arrangements will not be supplied.

7) Please be mindful no product is ordered by House of Bloom/Etc. Event Styling prior to receiving your deposit.
Late deposit payments cannot be guaranteed specific products for your event due to freight & production times.
Some items are especiality ordered and therefore take time. Sufficient notice/payment is required.

 



House of Bloom RESPONSIBILITY rights:
 

1) We are not responsible for any damages or stains obtained to sub-hired linen, any material or fashion wear in regards to water on flowers, colour transfer or pulls in material associated with the miss-use of flowers and props.

2) House of Bloom is not liable for venue damages or injuries sustained by miss-use of props or Flowers.
Liability falls with the hirer/Client.

3) We are not responsible for injuries or damages sustained as a result of broken glass or materials.

4)
Collecting from the store: House of bloom will not be responsible for any damages or bruising to flowers after collection from our store. All items are packed safely and filled with adequate water ready for collection. A team member will guide the customer collecting the goods on how to best transport and take care of your flowers until required at the time of your wedding. Full responsibility falls with the customer/collection person once products have left our premises.
